The public school network opf Québec is mainly govern by the Education Act. This law determines the students rights, the role and responsabilities of school boards, direction of schools and teachers. Moreover, it is within this law that are defined the different school structures in which the Federation invite parents to get involved. Furthermore, many regulations specify the elements of the law.
